Gas Pedal Holes

Just Wondering What The Holes Around The Gas Pedal Are For?

I Upgraded To a Cable Setup Instead Of The Rod and Bought The Adapter Off A Site Member To Use It on My 69c10

Re: Gas Pedal Holes

The small holes in your pic are for the fire wall insulation retainers. The large hole by the three threaded holes is where the gas pedal linkage passes through (not used with a cable)

Here are some pics of a 72:

Thumbs up Re: Gas Pedal Holes

I bought the Lockar pedal assembly. I had the factory cable so it was a direct replacement. You will cover up the old rod hole and have to drill a new cable hole.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
