Took the burb and jimmy to a local show.
Just a small local show with only a peoples choice award. Basically it a bunch of car/truck people getting together to hang out for about 4 hours.

Re: Took the burb and jimmy to a local show.
I love the local Cruise Night shows. Wednesday evening there are about 400 cars, trucks and customs that meet to BS about cars and trucks.

I like no award shows. That's how the antique truck shows are, just bring it and enjoy.

Re: Took the burb and jimmy to a local show.
Doesn't fit the "everybody gets a trophy" mentality these days. My kid fights in karate and kickboxing tournaments and the "everybody gets a trophy" ones drive me nuts. Just creates ridiculous entry fees.

Looks fun!, no spray wax detailing, continual chrome polishing, or California dusters in sight!

Re: Took the burb and jimmy to a local show.
Thanks for all the positive comments. There was a nice mix of driver quality like mine, rat rods, classics and even a couple of higher dollar mopars. The peoples choice went to a 71 vw westfalia van... (you can see a little bit of the VW over the roof of my jimmy in one pic)
