gas return line idea...
There are two hard lines coming from my gas tank, ones the 3/8" line for gas,the other is the smaller line for the charcoal canister. Since Im running a electic fuel pump, I was thinking about running the un-used charcoal hard line as the fuel return. Since its smaller, it shouldn't make the pumps job any harder. Anyone know if this would be a problem? Do this line do somthing inside the tank that would keep me from using it?

The only concern I would have is thet that line terminates at the top of the tank rather than extending down to the bottom. The fuel will get airated rather quickly. I don't know if this will cause problems with your setup but something you should definately check out.
