Pics Of A-Frames/Hoist Ideas?

I dunno if there is any interest in this, but in another thread we went slightly OT and started posting pics of our A-frame and hoisting ideas. Are there any members of the board that want to share pictures of their hoisting equipment and/or techniques?

Well, here is an A-Frame I borrowed from a buddy but unfortunately my truck was too tall to use it without a little ingenuity. (Course I would not advocate using hay bales to get the A-Frame taller even though it worked fine for me on that one occasion). Do what you gotta do when you work alone.
