Radiator Source

Took the radiator of my H70 in for repair and the local guy won't touch it. Quoted me 2 grand for a new core. Any one know of a source for a more reasonably priced core for my radiator ?

i was looking for a rad for my 88 gmc 7000 366 gas and couldnt find one a its a 3-4 year only style rad and i was forced to have mine fixed . but thankfully the local shop found it held pressure / fixed the missing nipple stubb and cleaned it all for under 150 .

but i know finding parts online for med duty up is hard to find any info .

A lot of the trucking industry magazines would advertise replacement Radiators for larger trucks. I remember some of the listings would include 9500 Models, but this was a while back. Try researching online. Some places may still have some available.

Edit:

A quick search online produced a few places. Although used, here is one place that has a '74 GMC 7500 Radiator for a 6V-53 yet, for $300. Scroll down the page a little to locate it:
