'66 Steering Column Help Needed
HOWDY FOLKS! ALL NEW BRAKE LINES AKL AROuND NOW IN PLACE!!!
Any one have any idea of the spindles on the steering column? I do have the old school power steering. I think the Flaming River part # FR 21100P1 will work but i was curious of the spindle count and also the length need. 30" or 36"? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, |

Re: '66 Steering Column Help Needed
Are you talking about the splines or the spindles on your truck? I think the splines are about 30 for the steering shaft. I might be wrong. Maybe someone else will chime in.

Re: '66 Steering Column Help Needed
OK, sorry guys for the questionable question. What I azm trying to find out is: will my original steering wheel fit the flaming river column I have proposed above? That is my original question and then what length steering column is needed? Hopefully this is a little better question.
