Interested in the inner half only but the floor flange needs to be solid mine is rusted out due to the wood holding moisture. Could you remove the bolts and wood and get pics?? Thanks for your time!

My main concern is the integrity of the floor mounting flange, this area usually suffers from the wood holding moisture mines pretty well eaten up with rust in several places. Thanks for your time
