Possible to find original dealership sold at?
I know from decoding my vin number that my 61’ was built in Los Angeles and found a receipt in the shop Manuel for Valves and valve springs from a Chevy repair ship in San Gabriel dated June 12 1972. And also my truck is registered with 63 and later black & yellow plates starting with latter H. So I’m assuming my truck may have never been sold off the lot sometime around 1965–1966
I picked up the truck in Alta dena from a gardener who owned it for a year that bought it from a customers father who lived I believe in Pasadena or San Gabriel With that info I’m assuming it’s never the San Gabriel valley. Any information on that would help! |

Fair assumption.
Of course I'm reading into the "...it’s never the San Gabriel valley" thing.
