Rear leaf spring perch- front position

I'm looking to know if anyone has replaced their rear spring perch- front position and what they used. I can't figure out what my current one came off of, but it's made for a 3" spring not the correct 2.5" that should be on there.(Photo Attached)
I'm not able to find any used or reproduced brackets, but I was thinking along the lines of adapting a different one. Dorman makes two that look like the 70' bracket . Part numbers 722-045 and 722-084 Any photos you guys might have would help me in getting the hanger in the correct location. After searching this forum with no conclusion I've decided to ask, and will update as I work through and figure this out.
Thanks in advance!

Re: Rear leaf spring perch- front position

dont really understand what you mean by the correct position...the originals were rivited on, so just bolt the new ones in the original location...the ones i used came from a 3/4 ton, they are the same as the 1/2 ton ones...gmc were usually leaf spring, chevy usually coil...my leafs arent a full 2 1/2....more like a heavy 2 1/4...and the inside spacing on the hanger is 2 3/4

Re: Rear leaf spring perch- front position

So I should have said that the rear frame section on my truck had been changed out at some point in it's life. It seems like they joined it right at that hanger.

This is a link to what I would need a photo of. I'm not sure if they used any of the factory bolt locations or not?
