Driveshaft...

Where is the best place to get a new driveshaft for a long bed truck ???

Do you have the old one? Is it a standard duty or Heavy Duty shaft (can tell by the carrier bearing- Light duty bearing has one mounting point, HD has two points)

If you have the HD shaft, you should just rebuild it as long as you don't need a longer one. For the money invested it's the strongest driveshaft you'll find.

Any good driveshaft shop can build one or rebuild yours with new bearings and a good balance i kept breaking the carrier bearings on mine last time ti did i took it and had a drive shaft shop go though it was around 100 buxs for new joints carrier brearing and balancing the shaft its been 15k miles not had an issuse since

I have a bran new aftermarket carrier bearing just sitting in my garage if you need one. I can sell it for 75%.

I have the two bolt carrier but I also need it to be longer... I can't find any driveshaft shops my area that specialize in making them … I was thinking of ordering one online just have never done that....
