Repop doors
I did a search about door repops , the last information on them was from a 2014 thread.
From what I gathered , GMC Paul’s has the best doors. Is there anyone with more current information . On there doors of the best repops out there ? I don’t have an issue with the money but like everyone else , does that equal to a good fit ? |

I think all repo parts are a crap shoot. It all depends on who is putting them in the jig and running the spot welder that day. Some workers give a crap and some don't..... I can't really help on the later manufactured stuff, but I don't buy it any more. I buy the best reasonably priced OEM and fix what I have to. LockDoc

Re: Repop doors
If you can't find a use-able OEM door in your area, I'd post a want to buy ad here, and pay the freight!!!
. My personal experience with aftermarket sheet metal, is not good |

Re: Repop doors
I've had a tough time finding doors. Especially a decent 72 door, I will probably go with aftermarket on one of them.

Re: Repop doors
Wow! We drove down to Vegas that way a couple years back and I saw a ton of nice 67-72 trucks on the way down. I'm shocked you can't scrounge up a door. Perhaps look north of the border too. There are tons of trucks in Alberta.

Re: Repop doors
I needed some 72 doors for my crew. I wound up buying LMC Goodmark Suburban doors, which weren't the greatest quality and had a 2003 date. I then bought some Muscle Factory GT brand truck doors from LMC and swapped my door frames. Much better quality thickness wise and more accurate detailing.
