Need Help finding PART
Just acquired a fleetside gmc tailgate. Where the tailgate arm connects to the tailgate is a stud that sticks out that the arm slides over. I am missing one and was wandering if anyone knew of any aftermarkets for sale.
The head of the stud is oblong with rounded ends and long straight sides, long enough to fit through the rectangle hole on the tailgate arm. |

Re: Need Help finding PART
Honestly don’t know installed my tailgate two days ago in the excitement I didn’t check to see if the handle worked and now I’m working on getting the tailgate unstuck so I can see if they do thread or weld

Re: Need Help finding PART
I can tell you for a fact that they are welded on and they are a pain in the arse to remove.. They have a large button head on the inside and they are installed from the inside before the gate is spot welded together. They are welded all the way around the head on the inside. I don't know if Noha's fell out or broke off but there had to be some serious torque on it. PM me your address.... LockDoc
