Holes stripped out on lower moulding. What to put in them to tighten them up?

I am trying to secure my moulding's alittle more. The 2 screws that hold the back of the lower side moulding behind the rear wheel are stripped out. What can i put in the stripped out metal to make them hold again? Are do i need to try to get larger screws?

You could try using a thin piece of wire. Poke it into the hole and put the screw in.
