I got the new engine perches for a SBC V8 yesterday. They made a big difference. I was able to get the 3 degree off level and the trans lined up. Thanks for spotting that I had the I6 mounts. The new mounts sit flat on the top of the frame rails without any shims. I just need to drill the mount points on the frame. I did cut the tubular mounts as a test and that would have worked as well but the new mounts do not need me to weld them.

Slepysal, Once you leave the bay area you will love it! I have room to build a shop. Something I couldn't do in the bay area.
