Buddy buckets and 3 point seat belt question

I have Buddy Buckets in my 72 Cheyenne. I installed 3 point seat belts and was wondering what people do to stop the small portion of the seat belt from falling down below seats after you unbuckle. Is there some sort of strap or elastic retainer used so you do not have to reach below the seat each time to find the belt?

Re: Buddy buckets and 3 point seat belt question

When not in use I drop the end inside the console so it dont dissappear between the seats . If you find a better way Im interested as I have another set coming home from upholstery soon .

Re: Buddy buckets and 3 point seat belt question

I just lay mine across the center seat cushion.
I thought I read here once that there were little buckles mounted on the front of the center seat to hold them?
Or,maybe that was someones modification?
Mike.

Re: Buddy buckets and 3 point seat belt question

I have seen someone mount a spare seat belt buckle on the side of the console and snap them together when you get out of the truck.

I will have to see if one of my 67-72 buckles will snap into these after market 3-point set up. That would be the ticket if it works out to fit.....thanks
