I now have a short one

I went over to central Iowa today and drug my first shortbox home.
1970 GMC short step. The cab is pretty much gone but the rest appears salvageable. I have a 1968 chevy cab and front clip to replace it with.
the truck has a 350 2 barrel with a 400 tranny that works well.
This will probably be my next project as soon as the longhorn comes out of the shop.

Hey Solver, Looks like a good one to start with. Are you going to keep her a GMC? Also, what the heck does that horn sound like?

Thanks guys but I think there is no choice on the transformation.
The previous owner didn't have a title but thought he might be able to get one for another $50.
As I already have an almost rust free 68 chevy waiting for a box I think the writing is probably on the wall.
I like the 4 headlights but I wasn't gonna fork out any more dough needlessly.

I got it over by Waverly.
I seem to find them more when I am not looking!
Even more when I have no funds.
