Tank is almost done.. fits perfectly just now have to find a way to hang it. Either weld brackets to the tank and attach to frame..but frame flew could crack tank.. or use some strip metal and use to support tank.the white truck I sold to my buddy.. it was one of my first swaps I super regret selling..owell.

Re: 90 crew 1 ton Cummins 47re swap

So I dont know if anyone has used spray foam in the fenders or am I the only retard here? Well I know about the rumors of what could happen but I just had to try it out.. so far so good it has really made them sound like a solid fender. My goal from the beginning was to make a comfortable, reliable, truck or I am headed to the dealership..
Headliners suck for the crew cab here in Vegas.. when it's a buck 50 glue melts and they sag. I think I'm going to try the black spray foam in the roof and keep the paint for a clean roof look. Something has to be in the roof (spray foam) or a headliner due to the heat. It gets so hot u can't even touch it from the inside of the truck.
Got the new heater core installed and took out all of the old firewall matting.. boy is that stuff flammable..I took a video of it..
