Glass setting tape
Getting ready to put window glass in my 1950 3100 and need to put the window frames around the glass.
The glass setting tape has a "sticky" side and a plain side. I assume the sticky side goes against the glass and not the frame. Is this correct? Also, does anyone know if the two piece frame screws are available anywhere? Last edited by Jemezcrusher; 01-26-2020 at 06:33 PM. Reason: Spelling |

Re: Glass setting tape
Thats the way I used it- Sticky side towards glass. fold it around the bottom edge of the door glass. Then use a rubber hammer to work the glass down into the channel.

Re: Glass setting tape
I forget where I got my nut and screws, I thought it was LMC but I didn't see any on their web site or their catalog I have. Anyway, here they are at American Classic truck Parts. I have never gotten anything from them but here they are. https://www.americanclassic.com/1947...BoCIWYQAvD_BwE
