Hurst Comp plus mounting plate
The 71 C10 I bought had been converted from a 3 on the column to a floor shift. I just bought a Muncie M20 and found a Hurst Competition Plus shifter. The guy had the shifter linkage but did not have the mounting plate. Does anyone know what mounting plate part number I would need? or what installation kit they used, which might show me the mounting plate number.

Re: Hurst Comp plus mounting plate
A picture of the plate may also be enough to track down what I need

Re: Hurst Comp plus mounting plate
I did the Google search prior to posting the question. I also did a search of this forum but could not find the answer. What I found was there appears to be two type of plates for the Chevy/Muncie. One is a single plate while the other has a front plate along with a spacer plate. I was trying to find which one the guys on here had used in their projects.

Re: Hurst Comp plus mounting plate
I was able to contact a tranny rebuilder and found the correct mounting plate.
