I used to have a $10 dollar fan with a cigar plug connector. [Nothing ''Old School'' about a USB connector]. It would swivel back and forth if you set it up.
The problem I had back in the day was that my goofy longhaired friends would get their pony tails caught in the fan action and howl very loudly in the cab. It was funny, but untangling all that hair from the fan spindle was a pain.

acid washed in rust remover, idk i got it on amazon after seeing someone use it on a thread here. the name is literally rust remover. less harmful than clr, doesnt require steel wool either so u can save the layers of paint and then I just hit them with clear wheel enamel.
