First off, yesterday I reached out to you via PM and you texted me the info I needed. I thought we had a plan to get you taken care of. Coming on here after that to continue to vent like you are continuing to be ignored is a little bit of a low blow. I know you are upset right now. You should be. I don't know what happened with your calls. I do know that Bill is a very passionate car guy. He would not purposely blow you off like it sounds. He doesn't do things like that. He would be in a whole lot of trouble if he made it a habit of blowing off customers for 2 months. This is the first complaint I have ever received about him. For future knowledge, Our toll free number is on the business card directly above his personal phone number. If after you didn't get any response, why not take advantage of the toll free number? In the mean time, Can we stick with the plan to solve the problem first thing Monday morning? As I said in the PM, I am very sorry you have had to wait so long. the shroud you ordered went on backorder right around the time you ordered it. Why you were not notified is what concerns me most. To solve the problem, It appears like we have a shroud in our Scottsdale warehouse that we can get on it's way to you on Monday. I just wanted to confirm it's actually there before I promised it to you. I sent e-mails to the appropriate staff. So they will be reading and executing my instructions in about 8 hours. |

I am not still venting I still believe the product to be of top quality and a fine purchase. I only suggest that you make sure the distributor you choose HAS your parts. |

I just didn't want the forums members to think we (or I) are providing substandard customer service. It's EXACTLY the opposite of our goals. You can buy a radiator anywhere. We want your experience with us to be as good as your experience with our radiator. And when we screw up, we want everyone to know we're going to fix the problem quickly. That's why I monitor the forums on nights, weekends and vacation!. |

The last one I put in my 70 GMC came shipped with a forklift hole in the box and luckily the only think it hit was the overflow nipple and sheared it off. My first thought was I was going to have to file a claim with the shipper, but customer service asked if it was extractable, which it was, customer service stated "this isn't worth filing a claim over" so they just sent me a new nipple and I installed it. Problem solved. |
