Can anyone tell by this picture if this cluster is OEM?

Wow, I cannot answer if that is OEM or not but it would be the first 67-68 I've seen with factory tach and speed warning. I am sure there has to be some out there.
If it all works it will be a pricey unit. I'd ask at least $1000 if it were mine.
