Looking for PICS of seats for a white interior

I have a white truck, the entire dash and everything is white. Looking for some ideas when I re-upholster the seat. Thinking about red, just not sure. Definitely do not want to paint the dash.
Then, I got to think about the color of the floor mats.

Anybody got seat pics?

Think I’ll go with what was in there...

Not sure why this will not let me attach photos.

Oh dang, you have the rare red seat. That's one you should make it original looking again

Yes supposed to be rare, SMS fabrics for the material I believe. In fact since you have a red seat, you get the link - http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=512339

Re: Looking for PICS of seats for a white interior

I bought one of those crappy seat covers for a temporary fix until I feel like spending the $1200 to get my original seat cover. I would recommend you not get one of these. Don't know if you can see in the picture, but the white part on top has tubing sewed on and it is a 1/2" bigger on the right side then the left. The cover fits like crap. I had to add a lot of padding so it wouldn't be baggie. The seat will work for now. I was just tired of sitting on foam and ripped up seat covers.

Red and Black would look good. What color is the inside of your cab? Mine was blue with white accent on doors and pocket. Here is picture of what I did. Whatever you decide, hey it's your truck do what you like.

Re: Looking for PICS of seats for a white interior

this is original rpo z62 custom comfort fawn on rpo 510 turquoise 65 C20 rusty old farm truck..

full ugly story here in above linked thread
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...3&postcount=89

old cover was toast.. original frame was repaired but foam and fabric all replaced like original..

I like original colors most of the time but lots of good combos to choose from.. good luck!

I need to get this done for my truck. The red and white one is only temporary. Where did you get it done?

Re: Looking for PICS of seats for a white interior

My truck is white exterior and a light silver with green accents inside. So I went with black seat with green "dots" in the perforations of the seat.

With white on white like your truck, I think almost any color combination would work. I would probably do something similar to your original seat cover...black with red accents, but whatever your gut instinct is will be right. Once you see what you like, don't second guess yourself and go for it.

the difficulty is the oe metallic thread cloth, I posted my saga with sms in that other thread master chief linked above..

the fawn and ivory should be fairly straight forward..

I took mine to Mando's in San Pedro but he has since stopped taking work, was flooded with business when I saw him last..

he did a great job, very good attention to detail and my seat is built inside just like from factory, and it's super comfy

since then, I met Luis Loyola in Gardena and he does unbelievable work, clean shop, won't say who but saw a celebrity's car in there, etc..

he will be getting my future work, suburban seats next for me..

there was a member selling some of that 65 oe cloth after my experience with sms of course

member pimpston65 I believe but probably all gone.. he was a great help on some other stuff so maybe he knows where some is?

if you want to send something to Loyola's I'll help it along but I'm sure you could find a competent shop up there..

hit up Chevyland (Eric) he would know someone good in norcal I'm sure

challenge is going to be material, wish I could be more help, good luck!

Here is mine. If I had an all white truck I would go with a Bomber Jacket color leather seat. Does you exterior have any accent color?
