I Was Going To Run The Stock Spring, Will It Work?
If Not What Spring Has The Same Dim's As The Vortec Stock Spring But Is Tall Enough And Stiff Enough For That Lift ".510"?
All Help Welcomed.

No the stock spring won't work with the zz4 cam. The stock vortech springs are only good for a mild cam with .470 lift max and thats pushing it a bit IMO. I think you can use the factory LT-4 springs and retainers on the vortech heads and have enough clearance for the zz4 cam. Maybe someone else knows for sure.

ZZ4 & LT4 use the same 1.32" OD valve spring. If you use them, don't buy them singly for $4 each. GM sells a set of 16 for ~$35 under pn 12495494. Comp makes a cutter for enlarging the spring seats if necessary.

did you have the guides cut or did you just swap the springs in your garage(or driveway).
