Re: Anyone go to spring Carlisle or Chev Nats?

I was planning on going but Friday after my wife informed me on the condition of the rules to follow, especially the amount of people allowed in at one time, I decided not to go, bummer, but I'm not driving three or so hours to wait or maybe not be able to get in. Really wish for things to go back to normal, so far I think for me, this year is a wash, hope I'm wrong, also hope it was a good day for the event.

Re: Anyone go to spring Carlisle or Chev Nats?

I was there Friday and Saturday, for the GM show this weekend.
There were no rules to follow that I was aware of, no lines to get in.
Signs were up for social distancing, but no masks required.

Friday was fairly thin, Saturday had a lot more cars and people. Saw maybe 5-6 trucks 67-72 in attendance.
GM show in general is one of the least crowded of the year....not nearly the vendor /swap meet volume. I'd say the number of folks there on Saturday was 'normal' for this event. The gov'ner has some sort of 250 people rule, but I don't believe it applies to these outdoor shows.

I heard from some folks that last weekend Spring show (which was re-schedule) was down about 50% from normal. I didn't make it to that one.

I didn't go to either. I usually don't go to the GM show and I just wasn't feeling the spring one in a different time. I know all those vendors couldn't easily make the adjustment. I'm out of event mode this year. I haven't made up my mind on the truck show yet
