Hello from the flaming coast.

Hey everybody. Well after lurking on here for a bit (6 months) and reading through all these great build threads I figured it was time to join and contribute some content of my own.

Currently rolling on my first frame off restomod project, with the help of a couple old hotrodders I grew up around.

This is where she starts.

Excited to see where she ends up...

Re: Hello from the flaming coast.

It does have a certain charm the way it sits doesn't it. But, this isn't that kind of build.

I have a C4 corvette that I bought as a donor for this project. The plan is to use as much of it as I can to keep costs down.

I do love the look of the bench seats and was toying with the Idea of reusing it. But in the end this truck is going to be a canyon carver and will need some decent buckets to keep me behind the wheel. I think the only thing I will end up using from the original truck is the cab hood and fenders.
