Stainless exhaust
Has anyone used or can anyone recommend 1 of the stainless steel exhaust kits they sell.I want to install it on my blazer after the LS3 is installed.I know I may have to shorten it for the blazer but it will still be cheaper than having a complete custom exhaust system made out of stainless. So does anyone have any experience with the stainless steel kits for sale
Thanks Mark

Re: Stainless exhaust
I used a Pypes SGT79 kit but I modified it to run inside the frame rails instead of under the frame. I am very happy with the quality and fit. It came with an x-pipe but I did not have room for it, as I put electric cutouts on it.

Re: Stainless exhaust
Do they have a website? I can find them for sale everywhere but not the manufacturers website.
Thanks

Re: Stainless exhaust
I have used Magnaflow I really liked the kit went on my camaro z28 like a glove
one thing I noted is you need to tack weld the joints if using a walker style band clamp to help hold everything in place When I get to this stage with my truck i will seriously consider going magnaflow again it was well built with no need of getting things re bent to fit Lol fuel economy went down in the camaro in town flaying with the throttle to hear the lovely sound |

Re: Stainless exhaust
I just purchased the Hooker Blackheart system for LS swapped C10's. It fits perfect on the coil truck. Not sure what mods you would have to make for the Blazer. It runs in the frame. Trying to get it hooked up to the headers now, but otherwise it is a very simple kit.
