Disc Brakes And '68 C10
I am currently working on a '68 SWB and am going to change it to disc brakes and lower it with spindles. Question is - Is there any particular reason/benefit to yanking the crossmember and components and replacing with later model stuff or simply rebuilding the current suspension with 67-72 components? I have a 72 front suspension less the crossmember.

I believe you can bolt your 72 suspension parts to the 68 crossmember and have everything you need for the suspension. The booster and MC are a different story if you don't have them from the 72. If not you will need a dual resivoir MCthe correct booster and proporting valve, and brake lines.
