I like your thinking on the older trucks. (fix whats broken, drive with the rest)
I am new to this age of truck but absolutely love my newest addition. The plan is to follow your lead and get my old girl going.

Thanks and by the way, when I looked behind a metal plate on the firewall, I discovered that mine was originally blue also. So we got that in common.

Your yellow wires look great.

I'm learning a lot more about these older trucks . I've been running the 67-72 trucks for almost 40 yrs.
I'll do upgrades from time to time as the $'s allow.
I really like the wires and would like to find a couple of hub caps for the drivers side but I didn't want to buy brand new if there are good usable ones out there somewhere.

You guys have such complete solid originals. I'm glad to see you leaving them be other than what they need to run and drive... same as always.
