2020 Colorado
I have a W/T trim level Colorado with the towing package, remote start, and not much else. It has the cruise control buttons on the left side of the steering wheel, but the right side is just blank. I know that the higher trim level trucks have radio controls there. Is it still as easy as it was back in the day on my S-10? Simple plug and play because the wires were already in there.

Re: 2020 Colorado
I have a 2018 Silverado WT, and I have thought about radio upgrades.
Typically the wiring will be there, but I would verify before buying the switches. Then your radio may need to be compatible which it likely is. My friend has the same radio I do with steering wheel controls. Then you would need to program it in the body control module. Or some module. |

Re: 2020 Colorado
Most of the controls of the radio itself are actually on the touchscreen, but the volume knob is a separate manual control. It is way too short and awkward to use, so I would rather add it if I can.
