Interesting! I do all my restomods with closed fuel and evap. Pretty simple and you don't smell raw fuel. I did not know (parts of?) Canada forced you into engine year of manufacture emissions. So you have to be full OBD2 with 4 O2s and pressurized fuel tank as well as cats?
