Another fender flare question but 67-72
Anybody have pics of fender flares on their 67-72 or ones that they have saved? I am looking at possibly putting a set of bushwacker pocket flares or something like that on a crew cab build eventually and wanted to see what they look like on. Thanks Trevor

Re: Another fender flare question but 67-72
Every bit helps Mike, but that truck does nothing for me. I am trying to see if there is a fender flare out there that looks pretty classy for these style trucks, but goes well with factory trim, even if I have to "fit" them. Thanks Trevor

I took a picture of that truck because it was so ugly!
but the flares are kinda cool... vtblazer might have some ideas for you, he's a big tire rock crawlin guy though so I bet he just cuts his fenders...

I believe those are the only option in fender flares.Too bad Bushwacker doesn`t make an Extend-A-Flare for these years.

Re: Another fender flare question but 67-72
yeah, I have run those flexible ones before. I would not run them on this crew cab. I don't mind the bolts around the bushwacker ones, but I hate how tall they are. They seem to go up 3/4 of the fender, if they weren't so dang tall, I bet I would like them more. Trevor

Re: Another fender flare question but 67-72
The trim should not even be a issue if you plan on putting on flares. To me the flares mean you plan on kicking up alot of gunk and you plan to do some good off roading. Your trim will get beat up anyway. Or is this more of a looks thing here? BUt if you need flares, I promise you the tgrim is not worth salvaging.

Re: Another fender flare question but 67-72
Here's a bump and a couple of photos of a recent project with flares....
All steel construction and trying hard to preserve the "stock" look even though they are holding a much larger tire. -G
