Good Guys Show in Puyallup, WA
Show is Fri, Sat & Sun. Drags are Friday night at Pacific Raceways. I know of two truck board members going. This is always an outstanding show.

You are so right! Beautiful summer so far, with a draught, forest fires and which weekend does it rain? Either the Good Guys this weekend or the Northwest Nationals next weekend...LOL! If it does rain, I have plenty of sheet metal work to do on my cabs. The first one is nearly done and the other is in the driveway just waiting. I have two more in the pasture when these are complete! It feels like a stinking assembly line...LOL!

Don't know about Friday, but I'm definitely going on Saturday. I don't know what time I'll go, but I'd be willing to plan on being there when others are there... Can't on Sunday.

Orence1 and I will be there Friday at about 1:30 or so and will go to the drags afterward. I might be bringing the barbeque to the drags...just not sure of the details on the barbeque yet. Scott, you might just as well hang around for the drags too! Make a nice day and evening out of it since it will be raining on Saturday...LOL!

The guys I'm going with aren't interested in staying for the drags. Sorry, maybe next year.
See you guys at the XXX on the 25th for the Truck Show, right? The club has a banner now (I think).

Hey guys... does goodguys have a class for our trucks to compete? I've seen a lot of guys on here talking about goodguys, but when they come to Indy, they never have had a class for vehicles over 1964 (this year) What's the deal?

Some do, some don't! It is just a good show to see different suspension mods, engine bay work etc., etc. The Good Guys show in Spokane, later this month, does allow the '67-'72 trucks and cars. I personally go to see later model stuff and (sorry about this for you guys that like the older vehicles) don't bother with any "T-buckets", stockers, 30's rods, or anthing older than about 1955! I have just seen too much of that stuff and it has about as much appeal as cruising a new car lot full of Camrys! I will stop and look at something really unique but it has to be a full fender car or truck. After awhile you just OD on shine and chrome anyway...LOL!
I shouldn't post when the old lady is on my case...it shows!
