How do I remove this? It’s solidly attached.

There’s a tool that pushes down on that plate. If you look at the center of that ring you’ll see a little snap ring in the center. Once you use the tool to push that plate down you can remove that ring and the plate will come off.

Pull the red away from the blue and remove the Green.
