Question, you say it started as a cutom camper...was that the extended bed truck with 133 inch wheel base, or just a reg 127 inch long bed with HD springs and shocks?

Give us the details on the extended cab, Wildmann. What was used as a donor for the extension? I've always wanted a extended cab '71 or '72 Cheyenne Super swb but never had the nerve to try making my own. Might give it a shot one day if a fairly easy donor for the extended part could be bought.

A former board member named Livrat did a bunch of them. He is retired from these trucks even though he has a ton of them. His son Desert Rat is on the board. I will tell you...I saw the truck Livrat did and it was beautiful. He did and extended cab not a crew cab but it was incredible and looked factory. He lurks here so maybe he will send you a pm.

Livrat is on the right and Theo Goebel is on the leftt. This in one of two trucks Theo owns.

I've seen this truck live and in person and I've gotta say it looks even better than in the pic! Pretty imposing to stare up at it from a little Honda.

I didn't want to look too close as I knew the wildmann was still inside the swap-meet I'd just left and I didn't want him to stumble on some lanky goofball like me crawling around under his truck.

Wildmann; doing a search on extended or crew-cabs on here will show a bunch of stuff. This topic has come up on here a few times. Have a goon one!
