If I were to part a '91 3/4ton 2wd burb....
a complete burb in nice shape, how much do you think I could get in terms of $$? I have one that needs a lot of suspension work before it would be road/sale worthy and on top of that it has a lot of parts that Id like to keep.
Is the frame/body worth anything on the market? Interior parts? etc etc. plumbcut |

if it has the side by side headlights I would be interested in the core support and everything that mounts to it, lights, grill, ect.

Well I will be keeping the engine and all wiring (tbi 454) but it does have nice 4L80E, power rear gate, power doors all around (I am keeping the front two) NO RUST anywhere, most everything is in very nice condition with blue interior.
Im wondering if, after I rob it of the engine, front buckets, and front doors, if the rest is worth a grand or two.... It does have the '91 style front clip, power doors & rear gate, rear a/c, straight frame, full floater axle, etc etc.. its basically fully loaded and not a bad looking truck. I dont want to be left with a complete burb shell & frame and no way of getting rid of it though. Ive cut up several trucks and even a couple burbs and its not something i really want to deal with right now.. pc |

you can buy a decent running 89-91 burb around here starting at around $1500. A roller with no doors, engine, seats and such would be hard to get rid of, IMO. Of course, some of the choice pieces like the 4L80 and the rear axle might bring a little money, and the front clip too. I don't know how many of those areound SoCal, though. They are pretty thick around here.

If it's a 4L80E and not a 700r4 for the right price I'd love to have it.

If it has a 4L80 then you got problems with your plan on keeping the the FI. The ECM for the engine also controls the 4l80 and if it doesn't see the tranny it's going to be mad. You will need to have the ECM reprogrogrammed OR run a pre 4L80
