Phillips for the door handle plastic piece. Special tool for the window crank to release the clip. Phillips for the handle/ rest pad and bottom screws. When all that is loose, I think you gotta get your hands behind the upper rest of the panel and gently pull the plastic x-mas tree holders out of the holes
