Tri pod mirrors

Do the tri-pod mirrors like in the pic below have inter door bracing?

Usually just a nut-sert that is installed in the sheet metal. No other bracing that I am aware of.

I don’t think they do. I know the smaller sport mirrors use a backing plate that serves at something the screws go into.
