1960 C20 disc conversion
I'm going crazy trying to find info on doing a 1960 c20 disc brake conversion. Seen lots about '63 and on but what's the difference with the first years of this generation that make it such an oddball??

Re: 1960 C20 disc conversion
The torsion bar suspension is what makes it different.
One way to get discs up front is to convert the whole crossmember to a 71-72 or 73-91 3/4 ton front crossmember. This link has some great pictures and information: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=703583

Or you go with new spindles, here from POL
https://www.performanceonline.com/19...le-5-or-6-lug/ I went the other way and installed the 63 axle, but also wanted to keep the 4.75 bolt circle.

I think what you are linking is to C10. The Original Poster I think is asking about C20.
