Electrical light problem - tail lights/park lights/dash lights

Well, everything worked when I took the truck to the body shop, but wouldnt you know it, I now have some electrical light issues that I need some help with.

I have a painless wiring harness installed, and everything worke well, but since the truck came back from paint /body work I have the below issues:

1. Tail lights are not working. Headlights work, rear signal lights work, brake lights work, but no tail lights when headlight are turned on. Any Ideas? Do burned out bulbs in the side marker lights have anything to do with it?

2. Dash lights do not work any longer. With headlights on, no dash lights. Ideas?

All this stuff worked when I took the truck in for body paint work, and now I have these problems. The box was removed for work, but harness is pluged back in, and all tail section lights work minus the tail lights them selves, when headlights are on. Not sure why my dash lights no longer work also.

To answer question - No my dome light no longer works either. I don't think it is a fuse thing, I have the new blade style fuses with my painless system, and they all look good. They did remove the tail light housings. Do you think that the paint behind the housings is causing a grounding issue?

Check the various ground cables.Poss. the body shop disconnected them while doing the body work or painting.
