Help!!!

Okay...the right front wheel on my 72 Blazer was getting a little wobbly, and a weird tire wear was starting to emerge...sooooooo, I changed the upper and lower ball joints.....and now, the top of the tire is pushed out....like it has worn ball joints.....I torqued the adjuster sleeve to 40 lbs and the upper and lower nuts are tight.....what gives? I rarely offroad.....I havent hit a curb or anything.......any ideas? Did I do something wrong??? Thanks in advance......

Something's got to be bent. Even though you can't adjust camber, I would take it to an knowledgeable alignment shop just to see what the problem is. Maybe the axle housing is straight but your truck is crooked
