It's funny how it all works. We dont want to drive our newly painted hotrod because it might get a rock chip. BUT, we drive our brand new vehicle everywhere and dont think twice, lol.
Paint jobs cost too much these days, gonna do my own and drive it, hope for the best. |

That's part of the reason I decided to paint my 64 Suburban myself. I just started last weekend. It was over $600 for 2 gallons of paint. So I can't imagine what it would cost now to pay someone else to do a paint job.
