564 paint code help

I have a 2-tone 1971 C20 that I'm trying to find touch up paint for (aerosol). The code on glove box is 564 dark olive. I'm having troublem finding paint with that code. Maybe it's a 2-tone code? Anybody know code for dark Olive? It's a very dark green. Thanks

Dark Olive should be 506 (Ditzler 2207) for 1971. I would imagine 564 is the two-tone code.

What's interesting is it appears to be a Chevrolet-only color, just as Flame Red is a GMC-only color. I didn't know there were brand-only colors. Extra weird because they had Dark Olive on GMCs in '68 (or maybe it was just Dark Green).

Im in the same boat with the 564. It was dark olive poly (506) with a white roof and upper doors (521). If it was 4XX number - it would be white roof, poly, white body stripe, then poly lower. Hope that helps. I also learned that even though it says GMC or Chev only, customer could order whatever paint they wanted. Good luck with the paint.

So I have a 70 with the same code but mine seems to be right. So my only question to you is.... is it a 71? Im sure it is. Then the question becomes do you know the date of manufacture? Might be left over from 70 production???

564 meant the same thing from 1970-1972: 521 (white) secondary color over 506 (dark olive) primary color in the conventional two-tone paint scheme ala post 4.
