Looking through the manual for the 87 R10, do you know what that top power window thing is on the fuse block? I have a fuse in the bottom where the power window fuse goes. But there appears to be something for the power windows, if you start at the very top of the fuse block, and go down the the 2nd row of square holes. Seems to be a lot of plugs that go in those holes.

Anyway according to those manuals the 4th hole from the left on the 2nd row, is for some plug relating to power windows. But I can't find what it actually does. Mine is empty, and I'm wondering if I'm missing something.
