I did a google search of the board using "headliner" as the search category. Here are some pics. Quite a few in there of this molded headliner with the speakers. Maybe that would help you determine if they could possibly work in a burb.

Been away and catching up. The answer about truck versus burb front headliner is a solid "I don't have a clue." Any truck owners nearby that you could actually see and measure up? Just an idea. Good luck. Glad the dimensions helped. Another tip: be careful if use heat gun.... plastic bows can melt and get mis-shaped. OOPS.
