Lunati hydraulic roller camshaft
I bought this cam off of Ebay. It is brand new still in the box. The problem is that it won't work for me. I got in to big of a hurry and didn't notice that it was for the 87-present blocks. If anyone is building a newer roller motor this cam would be a steal. 110.00 plus shipping. The cam sells from Lunati for 325.00
Thanks, Kevin |

Lunati cam
It will be easier if you will go to this link and look up the part number of the cam for the specs. http://www.lunaticams.com/ I'm not sure what the differences are in the blocks, but there must be something or else they wouldn't list them seperately.
thanks, Kevin |

newer blocks have provisions for factory roller cams, so this one is probably a factory style with a smaller bolt circle on the timing gear, and made for the factory front cam retainer plate, which the older blocks dont have the machining for.
i dont see why it couldnt be used though in an older block if you use the correct timing set and use a thrust button on a good solid(not stamped steel) timing cover like a regular roller cam retrofit. |

Wow that's a big cam. Too much for my application. If I had a better set of heads it would work great.
