Question What is this part? 91 Suburban V1500

Who can tell me what this part is? It is attached to the lower side of my steering column just behind the lower dash cover on my 1991 Suburban V1500.

Ya know, I've seen that part on mine but never gave it a second thought. My dash is all sealed up so it's hidden from me at the moment. Can you get a part number off of it? Looking at the connectors and the color of the wires, it may have something to do with the turn signals or cruise control.
