Bed tool box door

Does anyone know how to remove the tool box door handle?

I believe you may have to split the skins to get it out .

Thanks, I was thinking the same. I have a rusted out door that I’m replacing so I will post a solution when I get it done. I’m thinking of drilling a hole and just putting a plug in it so I can rust proof the inside at the same time.

I looked and could not find a RE-pop door but our local hot Rod shop found one for me that was in great shape. I had to drill two holes in the back to remove the handle as the rod is put together before the skin is put on as was mentioned. I drilled two 1.25 inch holes that will take rubber plugs and give me room to remove and replace the rod.
