Holes in Firewall?
I thought the 2 holes I circled are the heater hoses but they are coming out of the box.

Was yours originally an A/C truck? That looks like the location for the heater hoses on an air conditioned truck.

Thats what I thought, its a no AC Blazer, so not sure.

Those relate to an aftermarket AC setup that was once installed
