60-61 apache 10 4x4 Pictures
Could someone direct me to where I might find factory correct photos of original 60-61 Apache 10 4x4 trucks? I need to research some items on a possible purchase. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the help. Do appreciate it. One of the issues I am trying to solve is the correct locking hubs on the 60-61 1/2 ton Apache. Anyone with correct info, and or photos. I believe they are the same as the later 64-66 1/2 ton trucks.

This style ,1960 Chevrolet hubs were only offered one year . These are Spicer hubs but the design was changed for 1961 production to the more common version . Last edited by 60-66; 11-13-2022 at 10:22 AM. |

This is the 1961 and up style . Warn style hubs were also available. All these hubs were also dealer installed so some 1960s were equipped with later style hubs . I have 3 original 1960 trucks with the one year only hubs Posted via Mobile Device |

Re: 60-61 apache 10 4x4 Pictures
Thanks, that's the question I was trying to solve. The truck in question has the Spicer hubs. A friend of mine mentioned that he thought they were different than the 63 year and forward. This truck appears to be mostly original. Nice to see those NOS Spicer hubs. Thanks again, always appreciate the knowledge on this board.
